What it does
- Scan instead of searching
- Every board, light and appliance carries a QR label. Scan it and ReTrack opens that asset, what’s due on it and its full service history. A new label links itself to the right asset the first time it’s scanned.
- Knows what’s due
- Each site’s schedule shows what’s overdue and what’s coming up, and a weekly digest goes out on Monday morning in your company’s own time zone.
- Works without signal
- Checklists, readings, photos and the customer’s signature, captured on a phone. Plant rooms and basements with no reception are fine — it syncs when signal returns.
- Service Reports on your letterhead
- Completing a visit issues a PDF Service Report under your company’s name and logo, ready to hand to the building owner.
- Tamper-evident by design
- Each completed visit is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint of its results, photos and signature, chained to the one before. Anyone holding a report can check it online, and an altered record says so.
- Brings your register with you
- Import your existing site list and asset register from a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Connects to Fergus, so completed visits are noted against the job.
